Steph Quinlan, who posts as 50 Ft Queenie on Usenet, is a Toronto-based freelance writer. She is a regular contributor to CHART, Canada's national alternative music magazine, and she also attends a weekly creative writing group. In case you hadn't guessed, she loves to write. Over the years, she has interviwed Frontline Assembly, Front 242, David J, Perfume Tree and Waiting for God. Her musical preferences include goth, darkwave, electronica, new wave, old-school punk and induistrial, celtic, choral and baroque. Her hair colour changes every couple of months, and one of her goals is to work someplace where she's allowed to dye her hair blue.
